Join Aishaa Learning Center (ALC) as an Admin + Social Media Handler and become part of a dynamic team focused on education, creativity, and digital engagement.
You will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations while also handling social media content creation and engagement.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office/admin tasks and coordination
- Handle communication with parents, students, and teachers.
- Respond to messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content
- Maintain content calendar and posting schedule
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
💡 Requirements
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing & SEO (preferred)
- Experience with tools such as:
- Canva
- CapCut
- Microsoft Office
- Photoshop, Coral Draw/Illustrator (plus point)
- Ability to work on-site in Mataram (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
