🧾 Job Description

Join Aishaa Learning Center (ALC) as an Admin + Social Media Handler and become part of a dynamic team focused on education, creativity, and digital engagement.

You will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations while also handling social media content creation and engagement.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office/admin tasks and coordination
  • Handle communication with parents, students, and teachers.
  • Respond to messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging video content
  • Maintain content calendar and posting schedule
  • Support marketing and promotional activities.

💡 Requirements

  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing & SEO (preferred)
  • Experience with tools such as:
    • Canva
    • CapCut
    • Microsoft Office
    • Photoshop, Coral Draw/Illustrator (plus point)
  • Ability to work on-site in Mataram (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)

     Additional Information
